A notice issued by the kashrut department of the Joburg Beth Din warns of the kashrut status of some “Snapple” products currently being sold in SA. The kosher community are advised to read this item to ensure that they know which Snapple they are buying.

The kashrut department is warning today (Friday) that certain Snapple products are now made on “dairy equipment and are thus “milchik.”

The kashrut notice issued this morning read as follows:

Please note that certain Snapple drinks are now made on dairy equipment and are labeled OK-DE.

Any Snapple drinks bearing only the OK symbol are produced on Parev equipment.
