The Beth Din’s kashrut department is asking the community for feedback of any sort on Pesach. Your comments, issues or suggestions can be sent to them by clicking here and sending an e-mail: kashrutnotice@uos.co.za
“Every year, shortly after Pesach, we meet with the major retailers and manufacturers to provide them with community feedback,” explains UOS executive director Darren Sevitz.
The UOS (Union of Orthodox Synagogues) is the parent organisation under which the Beth Din and many other religious entities such as the Office of the Chief Rabbi operate.
Ahead of their feedback meeting with the manufacturers and retailers, The Beth Din are looking for information from US. Information such as:
• What products did you like?
• What products did you not like?
• What products could you not find in your area?
• What would you like to see for next year?
• Did you use the UOS.co.za online services (selling chametz, online guide etc)?
• The UOS added additional features to their Pesach Guide (which they publish each year in association with Pick n Pay). Did you find the guide and its new features useful?
• Any other comments/issues/suggestions?
Remember to click here: kashrutnotice@uos.co.za to send the Beth Din your feedback. You can make a difference to the community’s enjoyment of Pesach 2012.
