The folks at ORTJET have an expert on recruitment matters who runs regular monthly workshops for job-seekers. He has also provided ORTJET JOBS on MyShtetl with this guideline on how to produce an employer-friendly CV.
His courses are paid for by ORTJET and are offered free of charge to members of the community. But it is essential that these are booked in advance.

Ask the expert - also a free service from ORTJET
Jewish job-seekers are also invited to e-mail any questions they have on recruitment or workplace matters to the ORTJET expert. There will be no charge for these to be answered. Questions deemed to be of general community interest may be published with the expert’s answer.
The identity of people who have asked questions will never be disclosed. If the question is industry or company specific, MyShtetl will amend the question to ensure that the confidentiality of the writer is protected.
