MyShtetl has just concluded extensive research on the “Online habits of South African Jewry.”
We are sharing the research with the community and will be presenting and discussing the outcomes in a 20 minute presentation throughout Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 August at Beyachad.
If you’re Jewish, you are cordially invited to take this opportunity to share the results of our fascinating research!
So please do come to our presentation. Our publisher, Ant Katz, will of course be our guest speaker. If you have any questions or you want answers, this is the place to be!
We are holding our remarkable presentation at our offices,
No 2 Elray Street.
Dates: Wednesday the 10th, & Thursday the 11th August 2011.
Times: 10am until 2pm
Place: Beyachad Centre, Jesse Kaplan Boardroom on the 1st Floor
It will only take up 20 minutes of your time. We are just going to be rolling through the presentation from 10-2pm so that, for your convenience, you can enter and leave at any stage.
Ant will be holding private presentations and meetings from 2-6 on both days. So, if afternoons would perhaps suit you better or you are just wanting a private “Time with Ant,” but you will have to book an appointment for this.
The research results will open your eyes into important
information about the community, such as, for example:
• The most Googled Jewish businesses or organizations;
• Which Jews are on-line and what are they looking at;
• When are the community on-line and when not (days and times);
• 2-million minutes of data is analysed – 1,6-million of which are Jewish South Africans on-line
• How frequently do community users go on-line;
• How much time do they spend there;
• How do the community search the web;
• How you can get 3000-plus people to your website a year;
• What are they looking for when they go to Google.
Refreshments will be served. You may even shmooz and network a little in between.
YOU SNOOZE YOU LOSE!! So join us at Beyachad on 10 or 11 August and find out what Joburg Jewry does on-line! You’ll certainly be surprised at some of the information.
