The WIZO Bride of the Year function was an excellent evening and the 180-plus guests lapped up bopth the dinner and the entertainment.

The entertainment was provided by well-known comedians Al Prodgers and Don Packett.

The judges included make up artists, Jose and Penny Rose, SAZF head of PR and long time WIZO member, Bev Goldman, Isabel Smith (People Mag), Jared Orlin, (YOU Mag) and Don Packett.

It was a gruelling selection process, but in the end the Bride of the Year was Cindy Liebowitz. The first runner-up was Kerri-Ann Girnun and the second runner-up Taryn Winer.

“We congratulate our winners,” says spokesperson Rolene Markx. “Kol Hakavod to the Aviv Shaffa team for organizing the event.”
