LAMB CURRY
1kg neck or stewing lamb
1 large onion chopped
3 tablespoons oil
1 tomato chopped
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon ground tumeric
2 tablespoons jam
2 tablespoons chutney
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon whole coriander
Fry onion until limp.
Add curry powder and tumeric.
Stir for 3 minutes to prevent burning.
Add other ingredients including water so that curry does not dry out.
Cook for 1 hour, then season with salt, pepper or more chutney.
Cook for a further hour or more if necessary.
Let stand for 5 hours for curry powder to soak through meat.
Heat and serve with rice.

We only feed a diet consisting of home grown maize silage, maize and by products of the maize and sugar industries. Our feeds have never contatined any animal proteins. We produce natural beef for the highest quality demands of the kosher market, with the cattle being checked daily for health status.
