Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas is among the 46 world leaders taking part in the ANC’s centenary celebrations in Bloemfontein today.

The official Palestinian news agency WAFA reported yesterday that Mahmoud Abbas arrived in South Africa on Saturday to share in the celebration commemorating one hundred years since the founding of the African National Conference,.

According to the report, Abbas arrived in South Africa from Uganda where he had held talks with that country's leaders.
